Our popular Foam Roller Workshop is back on Saturday, October 22, from 10 to 11 a.m. Join us for this fun and informative class with Debby, who will teach you how to properly use a foam roller to reduce soreness, prevent injury and build core strength.
A foam roller is a cost effective and indispensable at-home tool that is simple to use. Using a foam roller offers many of the same benefits as massage, and helps break down fascia and muscle tightness to improve range of motion and increase blood flow in the affected area.
