Our new Pilates for Rotational Sports Class will help you hit the ball farther, and with more control and accuracy. Whether you play golf, tennis, baseball, hockey or other sports that require repetitive rotational movement, this five-week Pilates class is specifically designed to help overcome common imbalances so you can play better and without the pain associated with overuse injuries. Our Pilates for Rotational Sports Class will help:
-Build up back muscles evenly
-Elongate and align the spine for improved stability
-Strengthen abdominal muscles
-Increase overall flexibility, strength and balance
-Increase range of motion in hips and shoulders
-Enhance concentration through focused breathing
