Smoothie Recipes from Deb at Bend Pilates
People always ask me what is in my smoothies. I frequently have one when I’m at the Bend Pilates studio. Because of the color of my smoothies I’ve heard them called swamp mud.
I have a few of my favorite smoothie recipes for you below. They usually take me only five minutes to make. They are simple and the recipes are pretty flexible. In my green smoothie I always use Greens First powder, we sell it at the studio. Here are a few reasons it’s essential to my green smoothie recipe:
- It helps maximize the absorption of nutrients
- It’s an easy way to get a variety of vegetables every day
- It boosts your immune system
