Our new Barre class combines Pilates, ballet and yoga for a full-body, fun workout. Taught by Ali Risdon, a former professional ballerina who is certified in Barre and Pilates, this unique class features upbeat music, and is a fun way to burn calories and sculpt long, lean muscles.
Using a barre, therabands, magic circles and balls, Ali will guide you through the Barre class to work your abdominal and arm muscles, as well as deep stretching exercises designed to help improve balance, posture and flexibility.
Our Barre class is on Fridays at noon, beginning January 5, and students of all levels are welcome. Sign up online here.
