Reformer
This class will teach you the fundamentals and beginning exercise on the reformer. You’ll increase your body awareness, balance, muscular coordination and develop the skills to use Pilates in your everyday life. Healthy Bones
Class specifically designed for people living with osteoporosis and osteopenia. Bone-safe exercises also help strengthen, improve balance and posture, thereby helping to prevent injury in your daily life. >> Find a Healthy Bones Class
Mat Class
This class will incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility. The mat floor exercises may also be combined with other props such as weights, balls, therabands, foam roller and rings. The series of exercises used in the mat class are performed on the floor and create long, lean muscles and a strong core. >> Find a Mat Class
Mat and Arc Barrel

Foam Roller Class
Our Foam Roller Workshops are so popular, we created our ongoing Foam Roller Class. Experience for yourself the versatility of using a foam roller, which offers many of the same benefits as massage through myofascial release. Jump/Ab
This challenging class delivers a cardio workout through plyometrics, deep abdominal work and strength training. Jump/Ab is not recommended for people with back problems. >> Find a Jump/Ab Class
Trap Table
This is a great class to help you release joint stress, deepen your body awareness and work on fundamentals. The trap table helps balance musculature with the support of the table’s springs. >> Find a Trap Table Class
ReTrap
This class, like all our Pilates classes, will take your spine into all four planes of movement: flexion (forward bending), extension (backward bending), lateral flexion (side bending) and rotation (or twisting). >> Find a ReTrap Class
Chair and Reformer
This class is ideal for all levels of Pilates students, and focuses on stabilizing the pelvis and shoulder girdle. The chair class utilizes the entire body with coordinating movements to increase flexibility, core strength and balance. >> Find a Chair and Reformer Class
