Studio Policies

To ensure the best experience for every client, we kindly ask that you follow these studio guidelines:

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class or session. Classes must be canceled online or through the app in the same place they were originally booked. Sessions canceled within the 24-hour window will be forfeited. No exceptions.

Grippy Socks

For safety and hygiene, grippy socks are required for all classes and sessions. Socks are available for purchase in the studio.

Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. Classes canceled outside the 24-hour window will be returned to your account as a credit for future use.

Attire

Please wear clothing free of zippers, buttons, or other hardware that may damage studio equipment.

Booking Policies

All private sessions are booked directly through instructors. All group classes are booked and managed by clients through the online booking system or app.

Late Arrivals

Clients may join within the first 10 minutes of class. After that time, entry will not be permitted for safety reasons.

Package Expiration

All class and private session packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Please purchase only the package you plan to use within that time frame.

Studio Courtesy

Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances in the studio to help maintain a comfortable environment for all clients.

Rate Increase on Classes

As our studio continues to grow, we will be making a small pricing adjustment beginning June 1st. This change allows us to continue supporting our instructors, maintaining our equipment and space, and providing the personalized Pilates experience our community values so much. Even with this adjustment, our pricing remains under the local Pilates market.

We also wanted to give our clients advance notice so you have time to plan ahead. Current package pricing will remain available until June 1st, so if you’ve been thinking about purchasing a package, now is a great time to lock in current rates before the new pricing takes effect.
