This class will teach you the fundamentals and beginning exercise on the reformer. You’ll increase your body awareness, balance, muscular coordination and develop the skills to use Pilates in your everyday life. As you progress, intermediate level exercises are introduced while the pace of the class increases.
This is a great class to help you release joint stress, deepen your body awareness and work on fundamentals. The trap table helps balance musculature with the support of the table’s springs.
This class, like all our Pilates classes, will take your spine into all four planes of movement: flexion (forward bending), extension (backward bending), lateral flexion (side bending) and rotation (or twisting).
Class specifically designed for people living with osteoporosis and osteopenia. Bone-safe exercises also help strengthen, improve balance and posture, thereby helping to prevent injury in your daily life.
Chair and Reformer
This class is ideal for all levels of Pilates students, and focuses on stabilizing the pelvis and shoulder girdle. The chair class utilizes the entire body with coordinating movements to increase flexibility, core strength and balance.
This class will teach you the fundamentals and principles of the Pilates method. The series of exercises used in the mat class are performed on the floor and create long, lean muscles and a strong core.
Mat and Arc Barrel
The barrel’s gentle curve helps decompress and lengthen the spine. This specialized Pilates equipment challenges core stability and strength for everyone from beginners to the fully-conditioned student.

Foam Roller Class
Our Foam Roller Workshops are so popular, we created our ongoing Foam Roller Class. Experience for yourself the versatility of using a foam roller, which offers many of the same benefits as massage through myofascial release. Using a foam roller reduces muscle soreness, increases flexibility and even builds core strength.
This challenging class delivers a cardio workout through plyometrics, deep abdominal work and strength training. Jump/Ab is not recommended for people with back problems.
Pilates Dry-Land Training for Skiers and Boarders
This eight-week class will prepare you for your best ski season ever. Our Pilates Dry-Land Training for Skiers and Boarders consists of biomechanics training to dynamically move in the wide variety of positions unique to skiing as well as functional circuit training for increased endurance and power vital for a full day on the slopes.
