Make this your best season of skiing and snow boarding ever with our Dry-Land Training for Skiers and Boarders beginning on Monday, October 24. Taught by Debby, this class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30am for eight sessions. We’ll use Pilates equipment for bio-mechanical training as we dynamically move in the wide variety of positions unique to skiing.

Our Dry-Land Training for Skiers and Boarders is designed to help you:
-Recruit power from the hips and for improved endurance
-Gain full hip movement for improved edge-control of skis and boards
-Increase core strength to reduce the impact on the back, hips and knees
-Improve balance for increased agility in changing conditions and to reduce falls
